Evictions: Where to get information and advice

The evictions ban in England, which was put in place because of the coronavirus pandemic, ended on 31 May 2021. Court bailiffs can carry out evictions if your case has reached that stage. 

The rules around evictions are different in other UK countries and may also change in the coming months.

If you are worried about being evicted from your home, you should seek advice from a housing expert as soon as possible.
