Turn2us: Christmas and New Year hours

Turn2us would like to wish everyone who uses our services all the very best for the festive season.

The Turn2us offices and helpline will be closed from end of business on Friday 22 December 2017 until start of business on Tuesday 2 January 2018.

Our website will be available over the holiday season. We will respond to emails or other communications sent to us once we return to work in the New Year.

Direct grants – Elizabeth Finn Fund, Edinburgh Trust and Response Fund

Please be advised that, due to a large number of applications and the Christmas and New Year closure, we will not be taking any applications for the Turn2us direct grant funds from 5 pm on 20 December 2017 until we return after the New Year on 2 January 2018.

Applications that we have received in December may not be finalised until after the Christmas break.

Applications that we receive in January may take some time to process.
